Content

Practical workshops are organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project “LPP” and their purpose are introducing newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals, students and general public).

At one of these practical workshop organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project “LPP”, on May 30th, the production of new products of AEH s.r.o. was presented.

At the event PhDr. Alžbeta Ožvaldová, vice president of the Bratislava self-governing region, welcomed approximately 50 participants from both sides of the Slovakian-Hungarian border to visit AEH s.r.o. and subsequently symbolically handed over the newly purchased devices. During the visit to the Biocenter, where the newly purchased processing line is temporarily located, Ing. Ladislav Hajko, managing director of AEH s.r.o., presented the company's intentions and their new machines, as well as prepared products, which are balsamic wine vinegar, grape oil and flour from grape skins.

The day also included the outputs of research and application activities implemented within the TAPE program and the production process of the relevant SMEs, which were presented by Doc. Ing. Stanislav Šilhár, CSc. from NPPC (National Agricultural and Food Centre).
