The workshop will be organised by the Union of Hungarian Women Association (UHW) in the framework of the CORD project supported by the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Programme.

The participants will be welcome by Ms. Margit BATTHYÁNY-SCHMIDT, President of the Union of Hungarian Women Association. The speech will be followed by the presentation of Ms. Mónika Alíz MÉSZÁROS held on behalf of the UHW, giving an overview of the framework programme supporting the project, as well as the most important objectives of the CORD project and its Ambassador Programme in particular.

Ms. Csilla ENDRŐDY, expert will highlight some issues supporting especially women entrepreneurs from career planning to business planning. Miklós PALENCSÁR, founder and owner of 3B System Hungary Kft. and dr. János PÓCZ, senior consultant of the company will share with the participants details of their special business development activity. The unique business development service provides comprehensive solutions, primarily to Hungarian entrepreneurs. The fundamental aim of business mentoring is to facilitate a specific corporate development process through the development of the main decision-maker (the head or owner of the company). Business mentoring is always tailored to the personality of the main decision-maker, as the aim is not success in a general sense, but success as defined by the client. The business mentoring programme provides comprehensive development to the enterprise, with the following general elements: defining business strategy, product development, management development, image building, branding, image and brand development, trainings, organisational development, and communication tasks (complex PR, social media, traditional media solutions). Private mentoring is available throughout the programme to help the entrepreneur grow as an individual, both professionally and privately.

The event will close with networking.
