Practical workshop with purpose of transferring knowledge and outputs of SKHU 1701/3.1/110 TAPE-Food industry focused on the complex processing of grape pomace.
Practical workshops organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project "LPP". Practical workshops will be organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project "LPP" and their purpose will be to introduce newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals and general public). The production of new products using the complex processing of grape pomace of AEH Pezinok (such as balsamic vinegar, grape seed oil and grape seed flour) will be presented on the 30th of May.
There will be presented outputs from research and application activities performed within the TAPE implemented into the production process of participating SMEs. Topic: The model for the complex use of grapes for food purposes.
