Practical workshop with purpose of transferring knowledge and outputs of SKHU 1701/3.1/110 TAPE-Food industry focused on grapes, their processing
Content
Practical workshops organised within the Functional model demonstration sites established by each SME involved in the project "LPP". Practical workshops will be organised within the premises of SMEs involved in the project "LPP" and their purpose will be to introduce newly established services which are going to be provided for the target group (SMEs operating in the food industry, professionals and general public). Manufacturing the Kősziklás Borászat Kft company’s new products (such as grape seed oil) will be presented on the 7th of October.
There will be presented outputs from research and application activities performed within the TAPE implemented into the production process of participating SMEs. Topic: The significance of the antioxidant effects of grapes in healthcare.
