IG HERITAGE - Development of sales infrastructure of local products_2.0

The project aims at ameliorating the conditions for sales of local products. While the first Sales project contains activities targeting the improvement of the delivery of the products, within the current project new market places will be constructed in Svodín and Bajót. The most frequented local market of the euroregion which is operating in Nagymaros will be further developed and equipped by a renewed public sanitary unit.

The project itself contains the preparation and the realisation of the construction works in the three municipalities. The direct total surface of the newly built and renovated markets will be 383.3 m2. In the case of Svodín, the new facilities will also include a demonstration room where the traditional professions can be presented and taught. In Bajót a multi-functional facility will be built what can be used for the purposes of community events as well.

By these constructions, the project will complement the other Sales and the Delivery projects. These three projects will enlarge and integrate the physical infrastructure of delivery of local products within the euroregion. As a result, the selling conditions of the local producers will be improved and enlarged. In addition, new subregions will be integrated into the cross-border network.
