Thanks to the Local image project, local producers received new opportunities for selling their products.

From the project Build and promote local image Jövő Útja Nonprofit Kft. (HU) and the University of Economics in Bratislava (SK) created a new regional brand and an internet application with a database of local producers. Thanks to this internet application, local producers will have more opportunities to sell their products, potential buyers will find them more easily, and the Cserehát regional brand will serve as a verification of the quality of local products. The project partners also organized 5 cross-border markets and a regional Agro EXPO. The ERDF contribution amounted to 131,777.84 €.

On 24th July 2021, thanks to the Build and promote local image project, we welcomed farmers and the public to the Agro Festival in the Hungarian village of Hidasnémeti. Craft and farm stalls were full of great local products.
