As part of a broader territorial action plan (TAPE), this project aims to increase the employment rate in the Ipeľ valley. An experienced entrepreneur, Adrian Nagy – Adorex will extend the dehulling capacity of his factory by building a new storing-processing-dehulling facility in Ipeľské Predmostie, Slovakia. It is a 1.125m2 roofed, industrial hall, where after the development not only pumpkin seed but barley, wheat, millet, buckwheat, green and yellow peas, soy, sorghum and sunflower seeeds can be processed too.
The production hall with the processing technology (peeling and cleaning of the grain, pellett production from waste, creation of feed material for animals) will be unique in the region and will build on local agricultural specificities. This activity will itself create at least four new working positions.

In parallel with the construction of a new production hall, the cross border partner will undertake a set of actions to increase the employability of the local workforce through a so-called Swiss GO model.  This aims at supporting the adaptability of the employees to the actual challenges of the labour market and raising their employability skills for facilitating the labour mobility in the cross-border region. A tailored, human development solution (the GO model based on Swiss methodology) will be implemented at Slovak and Hungarian companies  involving all together 45 people in the trainings. The GO model is fully focusing on the skill development of the employees that are needed for raising the quality and efficiency of their work. The concept of the GO model assures the elaboration of tailored training content for each company, based on their needs and specific working environment, to achieve the highest impact possible with the training.
